Ascending/Descending icons should be the opposite #370

Which DJANGO-VERSION are you using?
1.3

Which GRAPPELLI-VERSION are you using?
2.3.3 (r1431)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When asc ordering in tables, the arrow should point to the top (currently to 
the bottom), like in the django admin or any ordering table.

Fix:
Rename the icons icon-th-ascending.png to icon-th-descending.png and reverse, 
or fix in the CSS.
