[Launch] arguments replaced with buffer (or custom) values at execution time #154

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?

What version of Editra are you using? On what operating system?
v5.99

Please provide any additional information below.
Provide buffer related variables into the Arguments text box on Launch that are 
replaced at the time of execution.

For example '($FilePath)', '($FileDir)', '($FileExtention)', etc.

Additionally, allow the user to create and manage a separate list of arguments 
value pairs.
