What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?

Projects - v 1.7 from SVN on Ubuntu 10.10

It would be nice to be able to delete a file or folder

There are already two ways to delete a file or folder in the context menu. See 
"remove" to remove the object from source control and delete it locally, or the 
general Move to Trash/Recycle Bin option.
