Launch - locked file being reset #194

What Plugin does this relate to? What version of the Plugin?

Launch v 1.11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. lock a file
2. run it and an exception is thrown
3. click the exception and close the file you run
4. the "locked" file name is reset to the file name of the exception line one 
clicked on.

this problem in more detail.

Fixed for version 1.12 of the plugin which will be released (hopefully) this 
weekend along with new version of Editra.
