I request for displaying global evaluation of code in PyAnalysis window.

And maybe option to show error if code score is lower than specified value.

I'm looking into this by introducing tabs like the variables shelf for example. 
One tab will hold the current warnings and errors, the other will have the 
Pylint report output.
