Unix programs should "do one thing and do them well." This one does two
things:
* Detect information to geolocate
* Geolocate it
In addition, in future it may:
* Transform geolocations into other formats using geocoding plugins
Each of these services is useful on its own, as well as being useful
together. So they should each be separated out into separate scripts.
