Data dictionary #12

We need to standardise on some fields we understand, in order to allow data
transformation.

Suggested fields in the dictionary include:

Lat
Long
Accuracy
Country
City
Address

Mac address
Essid
Signal strength

Each field should probably include a list of aliases, and a description.
