tcx file format support with HRM data included #46

Hi
For the moment I got device there where no ways to import HRM data to 
endomondo.com sport tracking service, not only for this script but for all 
software I googled & tried, so I've written template for .tcx files that 
certainly support hrm data and supported by endomondo import, attached it.
