Tooltips

I've learned how to add some tooltips in the .ui files for buttons and fields 
in the preferences dialogs. Are you interested in a patch for this feature or 
do you prefer to have a cleaner interface without tooltips?

I've added some tooltips as a translatable string in the "preferences.ui" file
I attach a patch as example. I'm not sure if GNOME guidelines agree with the 
use of this kind of thing.

The context sensitive help is beyond my abilities! but I will look if I can 
learn something.

Thanks for your pathch, but I think that these tooltips are unnecessary. 
Standard GNOME applications have no such tooltips.
