Regarding the man page, there is absolutely no option to guiqwt-tests, so it 
would simply be the following:

NAME
guiqwt-tests - run the guiqwt library's test launcher

SYNOPSIS
guiqwt-tests

DESCRIPTION
Run the guiqwt library's test launcher, demonstrating all the library features 
in terms of signal and image visualization.

Based on PyQwt (plotting widgets for PyQt4 graphical user interfaces) and on 
the scientific modules NumPy and SciPy, guiqwt is a Python library providing 
efficient 2D data-plotting features (curve/image visualization and related 
tools) for interactive computing and signal/image processing application 
development.
