Write some basic documentation

healpy is missing documentation. also the healpix docs on the JPL homepage
aren't really that useful for total beginners. What I want is just create a
global grid which at the equator should be about .1 x .1 degrees. I cannot
figure out how to do that.

So, I would be interested in writing some basic healpy docs, but would need
to get started myself ...

I would particularly appreciate an example, particular for, e.g., converting a 
HEALPIX file to Galactic coordinates for display in a standard fits viewer like 
ds9.
