pshyt.c is missing in the svn repository version (r173) #49

Hi,

when I check out the latest version from svn, I noticed that the file pshyt.c 
in pshyt directory is not there. Then I download the tar ball and copy the 
pshyt.c, everything works well. 

So, you may need to update the svn with that file.

We decided not to put the pshyt.c file in the repository, as it is 
auto-generated by Cython. If you have Cython installed, pshyt.c should be 
generated automatically. To compile from the svn version, you NEED cython ! In 
order to make cython a requirement, we provide the generated pshyt.c file with 
the tarball version.
