Define crop box for mollview() #56

I would like the ability for mollview() to plot a cropped area, similar to how 
cartview() allows it with the lonra, latra arguments.

I am using healpy for small survey areas, which are in general a small fraction 
of the whole sky.  I'd like to be able to show to the user a full-sky map 
initially, demonstrating the footprint of the survey, then be able to "zoom in" 
on smaller areas.  This would be done by developing several pixel maps at 
higher resolutions for the zoomed areas.  The plots for the zoomed areas are 
the ones that need to be cropped.
