Background doesn't refresh after image change #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. switch the background image
2. the background refreshes only under the editor widget, and in the 
places where it is moved

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This feature got introduced in r95 ;-).

Unbroken in r96 :-)

However, it still has ugly flickering because I am not doing it right.
