It would be nice that when you open Marave (specially when opening a 
document), the cursor would focus on the text area. In this way, you 
wouldn't have to click before starting to write.

This is a side-effect of fixing Issue 17. I can't make it so it starts on the 
foreground *and* with focus on the editor.

I'll merge it there, so everything is in one place.
