This can happen with many factors and process.I am working on the alternate way
to check the monitor status on given interval.

I have no idea what's causing it. It happens regardless of whether or not I'm
running a media application. It's not the system's auto monitor sleep mode,
because it happens before the 10 minutes I have that set to. Other software
I've got running: Xchat, Ventrilo, ultramon, evga precision, speedfan, chrome,
logitech setpoint.. I don't believe any of those should interfere with it.

So, apparently it may be my monitor (Dell 2408WFP) or video card (GTX 460) -
but whatever it is, it persists through a fresh install. I've tried everything,
I cannot figure out what it is even to save my own life.
It's pretty irritating, I've been using Wizmo to "Blindlock" the monitor, which
basically polls the standby status constantly and puts it back into standby if
interrupted (also somewhat annoying because you have to enter your login
password blind). Unfortunately, even that doesn't work all the time. Certain
programs seem to interfere with it (for instance, Chrome if it has been open
for a while). Sometimes it won't exit properly when logging back in and you'll
be left with wizmo.exe running in the background. Another con is that it takes
a pretty decent chunk of CPU (by memory I'd guess about 15% on my i5 750 --
again, this is Wizmo, not your program).
All in all, it's not an issue of your program, but it would be FANTASTIC if you
could add a polling/re-sleep function!

Thanks for the detailed analysis. Really appreciate your feedback. I've already
added timer to check the monitor status on given interval. It will be available
in the next version.
