Not responding after unlock in Vista

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Vista SP1.MonitorES_03 with default settings.
2.Lock system. Monitor gets auto off !! Cool.
3.Unlock. MonitorES software is not responding.. Not usable !

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the software to work during next lock also.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MonitorES_03 on Vista SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello,

I have also seen this issue many a times. It happens specifically when you 
machine
has not been rebooted for many days (like over a week). I am using Windows XP 
SP3 and
still the same problem happens. This issue is irrespective of the OS. It just 
does
not seems to work when the machine's uptime is very high.

I am using it at home with Vista Ultimate X64 which works fine without any 
issues as
i reboot my machine every day. But in office it doesn't because I dont reboot 
the
machine for many weeks. If you need any other information let me know, I am 
able to
reproduce the problem everyday.
