0.13 release #155

I intend to make a 0.13 release very soon.

Any urgent bug fixes, errors in the documentation, or test failures?

For instance

does not render as html for me.

I fixed a -strict test failure and added brief sections to the docs on usage 
within
SymPy and Sage.

Fixed a bug that prevented it to run under 2.4.

I've now tested:
* 64-bit Linux, Python 2.6, gmpy/nogmpy
* 64-bit Linux, Python 2.6, mpmath in Sage
* 32-bit Windows, Python 2.4, gmpy/nogmpy
* 32-bit Windows, Python 2.5, gmpy/nogmpy
* 32-bit Windows, Python 2.6, gmpy/nogmpy

Does everything seem all right?

No, it's the only one I tried that did not render. However, there is still a 
text
artifact at the bottom (same link as in comment 1):

It's only in

not in

so no worry. :)

Linux, Firefox 3.5.2. I think it's due to Firefox, because I can't reproduce it 
with
Arora nor Opera.
