schroedinger examples are not working correctly for 2010.2-release

releases sfepy-release-2010.1, 2010.2-release, does not produce correct
results for shroedinger example problems: well, oscillator, boron. dft does
not work at all.

I have fixed most of the issues (some by removing files :)). Now

- in 2D in all examples the eigenvalues converge
- in 3D --hydrogen and --boron do not converge (better mesh needed?)

That's about all I can do for now.
