control verbosity #16

I think that currently too much information is printed, that is not
interesting/informative for a normal user.

You mean like overall during the process of solving? Yep, there should be 
options
like -v, -vv, etc.

or -v <n>, whatever. this means slowly replacing all print statements by 
output()
function (defined in sfe.base.base), with added 'verbosity'. But this can wait 
IMHO. 

For the moment I will just remove some prints (like the times printed after 
running
simply.py), and make others more informative.

changeset http://hg.sympy.org/sfepy/rev/f8783eff3ac4 makes this easier, as 
printing
can now be well controlled.
