fix prettydoc to generate HTML from our xml #28

Let's fix this. Pdf works nice though, so this is not a high priority.

I suggest to fix this when the right time for it comes - probably when
sympy and other projects start using prettydoc as well.

Other problems have higher priority than this one now.
