fix file paths in input/test files #86

This is a prerequisite of issue 84. Currently, the paths to mesh files (and
other) are treated relative to the caller's working directory - this breaks
when sfepy gets installed and top level scripts can be called from anywhere.

We need paths relative to the file they are referenced in.
