migrate sfe home page to better address #9

http://ui505p06-mbs.ntc.zcu.cz/sfe as address sucks.

now we are waiting for assigning an alias to the new server, so the
migration may happen any time soon.

probably :) I am not sure what exact address we get (we had several 
possibilities),
but certainly it could be discussed if we do not like it. An alias change 
should not
be difficult.

We have got http://sfepy.kme.zcu.cz/ - now the data have to be moved.

Things started to move again, see

The sfepy.kme.zcu.cz page will contain information on Grant and other projects 
I am
paid from plus larger examples, while sfepy.org will be devoted to the code 
itself. I
have already migrated and updated all the documentation.

The new pages (sfepy.kme.zcu.cz) are good enough now to close this issue - I do 
not
update the old pages anymore anyway.
