Unable to start server, throwing Bad file or path #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use default VT.conf
2.VT server
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should run the server but given below error
[2014-11-12 14:11:43,094 VTServer] ERROR : Bad 
'/home/manoj/VideoTester-0.2/VT.conf' file or path

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RHEL6.3

Please close. This is due to python2.6
