WMV not starting #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run wowmodelview64.exe
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect WMV to start but i get the error that it can't read TOC files and that 
my curent version of my wow client is not up to date (i am using latest version)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 i downloaded    WMV v0701 r544 Win64 Installer, i am running w7 64bit home premium

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.
i made a screencap of what steps i take including the properties window of my 
wow.exe showing the version number
