Partial import in 4.2 PTR #194

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using r575 DEVWORK at W7.

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.

The Modelviewer isn't finding the new models introduced in each release of the 
PTR. Furthermore, Ragnaros2 doesn't look good too.

It should be an option to import m2 extracted via MPQ editor for example.
