WMV crash #202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start WMV.
2. Asks to launch World of Warcraft (4.1.0 14007)
3. Load and crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Initiating... and initializing file controls before crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WMV_r582_32bit_DEVWORK on Vista.

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.

(I already try to delete config.ini, when it asks to search the cache I said 
Yes and No...)

install enGB locale from eu.battle.net

I can't install it, every language requires an other language >_>

you got wrong partial patch. check the web and down enGB partial patch, not 
enUS.
