NPCs have pitck-black skin...again!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open WMV
2.Open an NPC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the skin, but I get it pitch-black instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.0.1, r582, 32-bit on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.

you should make sure your files are up to date.

try to remove all MPQs that prefix is Cache\

Your log seems fine. Looks like the graphic card is not compatible to my codes
