Jin'do The Godbreaker not showing up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening WMV

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a model with Jin'do the Godbreaker.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r598 Windows 7 Home Premium
The error also occours on r582.

No log.txt, as this is not a problem with starting up, but i will attach a 
screenshot below.

Forgot to mention it is x64 at r598 and there wasnt any x64 version

Other models, yes. They show up. (Few ones that i need to find though) -
