Armor, weapons, etc aren't working!! Help! #216

I have Wmv 64 bit and my WoW version is 4.2
But when I load it up. It asks me to load WoW.
When I got to normal wow. The models won't load.
When I got to ptr. Every model works. Its just that NO armor,weapons,etc work!
How do I get the models to load?? So I don't have to use the ptr.
