Characters turns black and loses items when I record

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I try to use Fraps in WoW Model Viewer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output:
 I'm trying to fraps/record a character in WMV, with items on, and doing an animation.

What happens instead:
 When I fraps a character, say a worgen with death knight items, and click the record button, the character loses all items, and when I turn off the recording, the character turns almost completely black. 

The "blackness" gets removed when I record, but gets back when I'm not 
recording. The items are still getting removed, however. It goes off when I 
click another character, but if I try to record that one too, same thing 
happens. This problem seems only to happen on characters, and not creatures.   

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.7.0.1 r598 Windows 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.
