Forum no longer accessible ? #229

Since yesterday morning (french local time), forum isn't accessible anymore.
Have you some informations about when it will be online ?

Do you know who manage this site ? If I can help, just tell me ;)

Not exactly something that should be listed here as an issue...

Zimtower is the "owner" of the site, so it's in his hands as of right now. Just 
sent him a message about it, and hopefully he'll get it resolved soon.

I know that it's not a issue, but I thought that it was the best way to contact 
something who is able to reply to this... because there is no forum ^^

Is there any follow-up to this issue? Was Zimtower able to get back to you? It 
would appear that the hosting contract has just lapsed and no one is paying for 
it. wowmodelviewer.org now takes you to the IIS7 holding page.

Last I heard, he was re-directing it to a new server and waiting for it to 
propagate into the internet. It took about a week for it to show up for me. 
Hopefully he'll be able to upload the site to this new server soon, but I'll 
send him another message and see what's up.

Just heard from ZimTower. He's having difficulty finding a host for the site, 
since the forum database is very large. (120megs!) But he's expecting to have a 
new server in the next few days, and getting the site back up shortly 
afterwards.

I can offer some space if needed, I having my own dedicated server. If he want

Me too! I've a dedicated server (24Gb of Ram, 8 cores, 1Tb) I can offer hosting 
for free ( or maybe with adsense :) )
