Cannot Export Particles or Ribbons #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find any spell model with particles or ribbons
2. Set the model up for exporting. Options -> Export Options -> M3 -> Check 
appropriate animations
3. File -> Export Model -> M3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is the spell effect exported to M3 with all particles and 
ribbons in tact. Instead only solid objects come through, no particles or 
ribbons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64
Version 0.7.0.1 r621
