NL TV dutch streams #255

I am maintaining NL TV on Navi-X . Similar to bigfoot radioNL. Since most dutch 
 people are using xot-uzg. I can give you a list/files of NL TV streams. So 
tell me if you want to add this on your app.

note : need to figure out why some streams of Ziggo are not correct/working. 
Don't know if UPC streams are working. And going to search for more streams. 
Will give an updated version in a day or 2/3.

note :1. I need an external player (wmp) to play - 2de kamer Plenaire zaal.m3u. 
2. wmp can't play strm files. That is the reason why I use the extension m3u.
3. UPC can't look if they are good, becuase I don't have UPC.

I added them, but most of the streams give errors in XBMC. Could be my build, 
so I will look into it.

new build plays them fine. Due to some changes in the XOT code, it will be 
included in the new release of XOT-Uzg.v3.2.4

I was wondering if there are any updates for the TV channels you provide me a 
long time ago, or if I should remove them from XOT-Uzg.v3?
