Improve workflows for dependabot #114

Currently, there are some workflows that help to keep updated the PR from dependabot as well as merging them.

it is still not great, so probably we would need to improve that to have a smooth workflow

actually I just removed it, it was not helping at all. in general, for the dependencies, we need to specify the minimum version that works for our library. dependabot was keeping it very updated, and creating conflicts files for the PRs.
