Add support for SASS shared styles #8

Currently it doesn't seem like there's a canonical way out there for shared styles in a webpack / Polymer 3.0 world. Using this issue to track possible solutions to make Polymer 3.0 a more viable option for application development.

  1. polymer-webpack-loader is looking to implement this
  2. Not sure if these solutions will help?
