Update annual grid intensity data for 2022 #125

The average and marginal grid intensity datasets currently used in CO2.js are 2021 annual figures. As we move into 2023, these should be updated to 2022 annual figures when those are available.

[ ] Update average grid intensity data from Ember

Ran an initial update of the 2021 average emissions data as new information was available for that (including more countries). #133

Ember will have a broader release of average emissions data for 2022 in April.
