Add ElectricityMaps free tier #25

Update docs now that https://github.com/thegreenwebfoundation/grid-intensity-go/pull/71 is merged and was released in v0.5.0

Hi @rossf7 this looks good, thanks for the PR!

I think since these docs were written, Electricity Map become Electricity Maps (note the plural), and our docs should probably reflect this, even if we don't make any changes to the code

I'm happy to make the changes elsewhere in the docs if you can make the updates in this PR.

Hi Chris, thanks for the review and good catch on the naming. I've updated the PR. If you can update the rest of the docs that'd be be great!

Maybe we should also change the code for clarity? Especially the user facing parts e.g. the provider name and the env vars.

If you think that makes sense could you create an issue for it?

I'd be happy to do the renaming and the changes would not be big.
