As clearly as possible, describe the changes made in the pull request. You should at least detail "what changes have been made" and "what the results of these changes will be".

Adds basic documentation for opting-in to using the Sustainable Web Design Model v4 in CO2.js. Docs are added to the Model & Methods page.

A further, more detailed PR will be required to add the examples to existing tutorial for using Sustainable Web Design v4. An issue will be raised to capture this.
