Intermittent failure in test_scada2_snaphot_request_delivery #145

Seen on mac. test.repeats.out.txt

Seen in CI here

Failed once with command pytest --ignore tests/test_actors/ --count 10

Reproduce with: 

pytest -k test_scada2_snaphot_request_delivery --count 30 -x

Fixed by b9e1e60bde174f793a131f15fe568645847973e0
