Added a "pause" functionality to the service via "gwpause" script, installed in the path.
Added a new service "gwspaceheat-restart.timer" which runs every 15 minutes on the 15 minute mark and checks if the main service is running, and if not, starts it.
The following scripts are provided:
service/uninstall - uninstalls both the main and the "restart" service; removes symlinks to systemd unit files and to scripts.
service/install - installs both the main and the "restart" service; copies symlinks to scripts into the PATH.
gwstart - starts both main and "restart" service.
gwpause - stops only the main service; the "restart" service will restart it on the next 15 minute mark.
gwstop - stops both the main and the "restart" service. The main service will be started on the next 15 minute mark. Both services will restart on reboot.
gwstatus - shows status of the restart service timer, the last time the restart service ran, and the main service
