Dig into Hubitat time resetting to sometime in 2015 #230

Last week, both Millinocket Hubitats came back after the power outage with time from 2015, which caused trouble with the hubitat dashboard.

See if we can replicate this issue. Ask Hubitat why the time resets to 2015. Consider protections against this.
