Add calculations for pre-set compression springs #401

User request: " ... predict spring performance after it takes a set."

While compression spring Report2 includes correction factor kw2 and stress calculations appropriate for pre-set springs, there is a need to calculate the as-wound length of a spring that is intended for pre-set to a specific length.

Possible approach to handling design for pre-set:

Add a Calculation Input that designates the spring will be pre-set. Use the kw2 factor in the stress calculations. L_Free becomes the after pre-set value.

It will be necessary to display the Pre-Set or not status (and context of L_Free !) in Reports and perhaps the Calculator View.
