Update SpringDesignSoftware.org website to use CNAME in doc links #685

This issue is carried over from item5 in #653.

Specifically, the SpringDesignSoftware.org website should be updated to use the CNAME (https://odop.springdesignsoftware.org/docs) in all links that refer to the documentation pages now hosted on Heroku.
