It might be possible to promote user feedback on various topics by integrating a survey.
The current thinking is that this survey would be custom code that writes free-form comments and yes/no responses into a new database table.
The tricky part is to place the survey prompt in a way that is not disruptive to the users' workflow. It might also be best to do this at a time where the user has just had a positive experience (File : Save, SaveAs or Export, Search with feasible result, Seek with big improvement, etc.) and not a negative one (Search with infeasible result). The survey prompt should appear a maximum of once per session.
