While the View : SymbolTable feature contains complete information about propagation (cmin/cmax choices, valid min / max choices. etc.) the table is far too wide to view on a single screen and thus when looking at the valid min/max columns it is easy to overlook the propagate situation. Perhaps individual propagated entries in the cmin /cmax & validmin / validmax could have their entries marked in some way to draw attention to the propagate status.
Perhaps a bold font for propagated values would be all that is necessary.
