The "Cycle_Life not defined beyond yield" alert is based on FS_2 and thus is not really appropriate for compression springs that have excess force but will reach solid before becoming over-stressed.
Note: Yet another attempt to have the compression spring math model limit deflection at solid may impact the need for this issue.
It is possible that the right way to deal with this issue is to remove the "Cycle_Life not defined beyond yield" alert from the generic spring alert grouping. It should be moved pretty much as-is into the extension & torsion specific alerts. The new version in the compression spring specific alerts should be suppressed if FS_Solid is greater than 1.0.
