Show Disabled Search Button when Independent Variable is Fixed #833

For calculator view. Presently the Search button is not display. Instead display the search button as disabled with a tool tip.

Closing without any branch or changes to master, because it is not possible to put a tooltip on a disabled button. You can only put a tooltip on an enabled button.
