Add displayname to entries in symboltable #896

Add a displayname property to entries in the symboltable that appear in the user interface.

In spring design types, this excludes calcinput entries at the end of the table like tbase010, tbase400, const_term, slope_term and tensile_010.
displayname should appear in the user interface; name should continue to be utilized in the calculations.
displayname can contain blanks and special characters such as "%"; name must exclude blanks and special characters (use PC)

In order to simplify the associated migrate, is it possible for the code to test for a displayname and if none found, use name ?
