Backlogs/charts/boards should be an overlay if there is no components #532

in the sprint magic box if there are no components then the backlogs and charts 
and boards should not open in a magic box but should have class array.

same goes for all other instances

don't use project.components.size() to get no. of components, use 
project.hasComponent() so that u don't count deleted components...if u create a 
component then delete it, the backlog/chart open in a magic box
